2012 Cook-Off


The 2011 Cook-Off will be held during the Festival on Saturday, APRIL 28th at the San Isidro Parish Hall.

The categories ($50 per entry / $300
 for all 7 categories)
BEEF RIBS
FAJITAS
CARNE GUISADA
BEANS
PAN DE CAMPO
CHILI 
      JACKPOT is PORK RIBS 


Prizes in each catergory:
1st Places and the High Point Team, buckles;
2nd Places, engraved 7qt Dutch Ovens;
3rd Places, Cast Iron Griddles. 

Winners of the JACKPOT category take home 60% of the registration fees for porkribs. CASH!

Gates will be open on Friday evening
 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm (No vehicles will be allowed in the grounds overnight). 

ONLY 1  VEHICLE  per team  will be allowed in the Cook Off area  during the event. NO EXCEPTIONS!
